Bespoke Coaching

Your physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being are my priority. As we start working together we’ll focus on establishing safety and work with emotional regulation skills. Next we’ll explore the cycles of abuse, types of abuse and how they may be contributing to trauma you’re experiencing. You’ll acquire tools to assist you remain grounded in difficult, triggering situations. We’ll consistently be exploring and reconstructing the meaning of your story which fosters your ability to take responsibility for your healing. You’ll be empowered to establish healthy boundaries, trust in your ability to make wise discerning decisions, and assert what you want and what you need. You’ll discover new ways of thinking about yourself in relation to others and nurturing your physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being.

1:1 Coaching is for you if:

  • Initial Consultation

    We’ll connect initially over a complimentary 30-minute consultation. Due to the deep transformational work we’ll be doing together, I only accept client’s I know I can help and I want to assure we’re a good fit for each other.

  • Working Together

    All of my coaching is done via Zoom. As I want to be sure you have time to share your story with me, our initial coaching session will be 90 minutes followed by eleven 50 minute sessions.

    At the end of our initial 3 months together, we’ll reassess and discuss if another 3 months together will be beneficial for you.
