  • As an advocate, mentor, and coach over the last twenty years, I’ve helped hundreds of women see that what they’re experiencing in their marriages isn’t because of them. It’s what’s happening to them. I have an intimate level of experience and wisdom when it comes to the debilitating physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual effects of betrayal and abuse. My priority is to provide you with the support to allow the opportunity for deep transformation work.

  • As someone who has lived through and broken free from my marriage destroyed by betrayal trauma and abuse, I have first-hand experience to help you through this. In the last decade, I’ve done a deep dive into pathologic personality issues, domestic abuse, and coercive control. I’ve invested in training to master the latest evidence-based techniques in order to walk with you through your healing journey of betrayal trauma and abuse.

    I’ve been trained by two of the top coach training organizations in the world: CLCI, an ICF-accredited organization, and am certified as a Master Certified Professional Coach(MCPC), and APSATS, as a CPC-Candidate. Additionally, I’m certified as a Domestic Violence Victim’s Advocate by the state of California and am certified as a Divorce Coach.

  • Your sessions with me will always be 1:1 VIA Zoom with complete privacy. Your safety and well-being are my top priority. I will never share or disclose your personal information or anything discussed during our sessions with anyone.

  • s we start working together we’ll focus on establishing safety and work with emotional regulation skills. Next, we’ll explore the cycles of abuse, types of abuse, and how they may be contributing to the trauma you’re experiencing. You’ll acquire tools to assist you remain grounded in difficult, triggering situations.

  • I provide a safe and affirming space for all individuals, couples, and relationships, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community.

  • Everything I do is informed by my certification as a domestic violence advocate. That being said, I may not be able to help you directly. I will guide you to your best local resources, advocate for you, and help you create a safety plan.

  • Unfortunately, no. I do offer a payment plan though.

  • The only way I’ve figured out how to do this is to either have a friend pay for your sessions and you give them cash or you open a bank account in your name only to pay for your sessions.
